  • 800# answered as you wish (i.e. Member services)
  • 4 – 5 different call centers that we monitor daily and listen to calls (different call center for each product)
  • Present and/or train call centers in different ways to drive members to new services and benefits
  • All representatives are licensed agents nationwide (Health licensed in 45 states)
  • Monday thru Saturday
  • Life hours (PST)
    • Monday – Thursday 6 am – 8 pm
    • Friday 6am – 6pm
    • Saturday 8am – 1pm
  • Health Hours (PST)
    • Monday – Saturday 7am – 7pm
  • AFLAC Hours (EST)
    • 8am – 8pm
