- 4 – 5 different call centers that we monitor daily and listen to calls (different call center for each product)
- Present and/or train call centers in different ways to drive members to new services and benefits
- All representatives are licensed agents nationwide (Health licensed in 45 states)
- Monday thru Saturday
- Life hours (PST)
- Monday – Thursday 6 am – 8 pm
- Friday 6am – 6pm
- Saturday 8am – 1pm
- Health Hours (PST)
- Monday – Saturday 7am – 7pm
- AFLAC Hours (EST)
